Mega congrats to Therese Greenwood who co-wrote the biography of her friend, Elder Robert Cree, The Many Names of Robert Cree (ECW Press).

On March 30th, this critically acclaimed book won the bronze medal from the 2026 Axiom Business Book Awards in the Memoir-Biography category. The awards recognize authors whose books inspire individuals to improve themselves and their professional ventures. The winners were selected frommore than 600 books from 31 countries globally!

And on April 13th, Elder Cree’s book was nominated in the memoir category for a 2026 Alberta Literary Award presented by the Writers Guild of Alberta. Winners will be announced on June 5th!
